Description

Various studios and apartments available for 1 month to a maximum of 6 months in the period from October 1 to March 31 at an iconic location in Leiden. The apartments are located in the striking building "2L de Volharding" on the harbor of Leiden and with its location gives easy access to the city center of Leiden. The apartments are suitable for a stay of 2 to 4 people, where it is not possible to stay with home sharers.

The apartments can be entered at the front near the terrace of restaurant Lot & de Walvis. The apartments can be accessed via the joint staircase to the first floor, which vary in size.

Each apartment is furnished and laid out in its own unique way. In general, each apartment has a living room with a great view of the harbor of Leiden or a view of a characteristic Dutch alley. The kitchen is equipped with a full inventory, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment and combi oven/microwave. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower and the washing machine. The bedroom has a luxury box spring and in most cases you have direct access to the communal roof terrace from here. This is located at the rear of the building, where you can enjoy the pleasant sailing traffic of the Leidse Singels when the weather is nice.

The (studio) apartments are offered furnished and are available for a minimum period of 1 month.
The rental price is from €2500.00 excluding additional costs, the deposit will also be determined in consultation. Parking is possible in the vicinity in the Haarlemmerstraat parking garage, a 7-minute walk away.
